We’re hiring for a Postdoctoral/Post-Masters Research Associate – Materials Fabrication/Processing.

We’re seeking a junior post-graduate researcher (post-doctoral or post-masters) in chemistry, materials science, chemical engineering, photonics, electrical engineering, or a closely related field with experience in deposition and etching of materials relevant to semiconductor or photonics processing. Experience with organic materials, especially organic semiconductors or photonic materials, is desired but not required. Experience with physical vapor deposition, atomic layer deposition, ink-jet, or aerosol-jet printing is also beneficial.Experience with electric field poling is a plus. You will work collaboratively with the company’s R&D team and with the host research institution’s advisor. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, are a must. You will document experimental work in a laboratory notebook and through collaborative platforms such as Teams. This role will also offer the opportunity to give presentations in-person at conferences and customer and partner sites.
