Gerard and Delwin say hello from SEMICON Taiwan!

NLM Photonics is thrilled to announce that we’ve joined SEMI’s Silicon Photonics Industry Alliance (SiPhIA) and Gerard Zytnicki, Co-Founder and VP of Marketing and Business Development, and Dr. Delwin Elder, Co-Founder and Senior Director of Materials, are attending SEMICON Taiwan 2025 and the associated Silicon Photonics Global Summit. 

“As NLM continues to expand our commercial photonic technological offerings and strategic partnerships, global connections remain key,” says Gerard. “Joining SiPhIA is a significant step in introducing NLM to the vibrant Taiwanese semiconductor industry. We are excited to attend SEMICON Taiwan to learn from and meet other SEMI and SiPhIA member peers.” 

SiPhIA’s mission is to accelerate silicon photonics advancements by leveraging knowledge sharing, resources, and technical expertise. The alliance serves as a collaborative platform that enables members to effectively share insights on the latest industry trends, establish industry standards, and consequently drive the development of the entire silicon photonics ecosystem in Taiwan. 

Over 110 companies and organizations are exclusive SiPhIA members. SEMICON Taiwan runs September 8-12, 2025, and they are expecting over 100,000 attendees with exhibitions from over 1,200 semiconductor companies.
